High Five for Friday- Christmas Festivities

Welcome to the weekly High Five For Friday linkup hosted by Tif @ Bright On A Budget, Katie @ Cup of TeaBecky @ BYBMG   and myself. We're glad you're here! High Five for Friday is where we come together to share five highlights or five favorite things from the past week each Friday.

1) Friday, we had our ladies Christmas gift exchange and party at church. It is always so much fun to attend and fellowship with the ladies. Raylan tagged along and he had a blast too. He loved playing games and exchanging gifts.

2) Raylan and my brother got to see Santa on a firetruck Saturday. Santa stopped to give them a goody bag full of fruit and a few pieces of candy. They even had their picture taken with him. Santa made their day! This made twice that Raylan has seen Santa.

3) We took Raylan to Archer Park to see the Christmas lights over the weekend. They really outdone themselves this year. The lights were gorgeous. Looking at Christmas lights is one of my favorite things to do during Christmas.

4) We had our first snow of the year this week, and to say that Raylan was excited would be an understatement! He ran outside trying to catch snowflakes and had the best time. He loves the snow and Christmas just like I do.

5) Raylan and I have had such a fun week making homemade ornaments. We made the Peppermint Candy Ornaments and Penguin Ornaments and both turned out so cute. Next year I would love to do my whole tree in homemade ornaments. Follow along on my instagram to see what all we have made.

This week's featured blogger is Amanda from Cupcake N Dreams. Amanda shares about her travels, favorite dessert spots and favorites in beauty and fashion on her blog. I love her recent post of Brooklyn's Christmas Lights tour. They looked so beautiful. I would love to go to New York during Christmas. Please stop by and say hello to Amanda.

Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to linkup below. Have a blessed weekend!
