4) Last but not least is the elf Waterproof Lengthening and Volumizing Mascara for only $3-  First off, let me just say that this mascara is definitely waterproof, which is awesome!  Even though it's only $3, it does a great job at making my super short eye lashes look longer and more full. I am always very picky when it comes to mascara because of my short lashes, but this elf mascara far exceeded my expectations. I love how it lasts all day without smudging or flaking. It's a win in my book.
