Who doesn't love wearing shorts? I love love love shorts! I know I could not survive hot Kentucky Summers without wearing shorts. I also love finding new ways to style shorts  instead of the same basic t-shirt and short look like I normally wear. This look here is a completely new look for me...but I have to say, I kind of like it.

I styled my shorts with a new fashion trend for me which is the Cold-Shoulder top. This is my very first cold-shoulder top. It will take some time getting used to wearing it, but I like it. 

I love the tribal stripes on this top and I love the basic black and white look here. I did have to add in some pops of color with my Turquoise necklace and earrings. I also like the leopard print on my clutch. Yes, there is quite a few different pattern mixes going on. 

I also paired my favorite pair of black twill shorts with some open -toe heels. I can't say enough good things about open-toe heels. They go great with anything, even shorts. They give an outfit the classy look. 

All in all, this is one of my favorite looks that I have worn this summer. I could wear this combo anywhere, especially out on date night. I find it very comfortable and stylish. What is your favorite way to style shorts?
