Caramel Pumpkin Bread

If you know me at all, then you know that I love all things pumpkin flavored. In all honesty, pumpkin is probably my favorite. I love the Fall and getting to make all of my favorite pumpkin things, including pumpkin bread. This year I decided to switch things up a bit with my pumpkin bread recipe and make Caramel Pumpkin Bread.
This recipe is so delicious! It is even approved by my picky husband, and that's saying a lot. If he loves it, then I know you will love it too!
What you will need:
3 cups of Sugar
2/3 cup of Milk
4 eggs
2 cups of Pumpkin
3 1/2 cups of Self Rising Flour
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup of Cooking Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
You will also need a jar of Caramel topping (It doesn't go in mixture. It is saved for later)
Mix all ingredients together except Caramel. Bake on 350 for 1 hour.
When Pumpkin Bread is finished baking, remove from oven and poke several holes in it with a straw.
then take jar of caramel topping and pour caramel all over the holes while bread is still hot
The caramel is what really makes this bread so delicious. It seeps into the bread and gives it that sweet twist of flavor that we all love!
Caramel Pumpkin Bread is my most favorite way to have Pumpkin Bread. It will be your new favorite too! This recipe is simply delicious and the bread is just so moist. You won't be able to stop eating it once you start.
