High Five For Friday - Della Devoted

High Five For Friday

Hello everyone! Welcome to the weekly High Five For Friday linkup hosted by Tif @ Bright On A Budget, Katie @ Cup of Tea and myself. We're glad you're here!

This week's featured blogger is Lisa from Coast to Coast. Lisa is an East Coast girl living in a West Coast world. She loves all things Southern and Sweet. She also loves to make people laugh. Lisa enjoys trying new recipes, doing DIY projects, looking for good bargains and fashion. I love her recent Ghost Cookies Recipe. They are just the cutest little snacks and are perfect for Halloween. Please stop by and say hello to Lisa. You will enjoy her blog.

This has been a pretty good week. Raylan and I are getting excited for Halloween. I love the age that he is right now because he is old enough to understand the Holidays and can enjoy them with me. Let's recap my favorites.

1) On Saturday, Raylan and I met with Tif and Kane for dinner at our local Pizza Stop. They seriously do have the best pizza ever. It was nice catching up and letting the kiddos play together. It's always good to make time for friends in this crazy busy world.

2)  Every week, we have been trying to let Raylan pick a Halloween movie to watch and eat popcorn. I love this little weekly tradition that we have started. This week's movie was Hotel Transylvania 2. Raylan loved it. I can't wait to start watching Christmas movies with him.

3) This week was Trick or Treat at Story Time at our local Library. Raylan and the kids looked so adorable in their little costumes. They all had so much fun going to different sections of the library to get candy. They also had a little party for the kids. We had fun and made some wonderful memories.

Raylan refused to wear his hat. Go figure!

4) My favorite outfit from this week is this Hocus Pocus attire. Last year, I did a blog post on the Sweatshirt.  You can read this post here. It's always such a fun shirt to wear during Halloween.

5) I'm loving these Witch Hat and Monster Eye Cupcakes that I made for Raylan's Halloween party at Story Time. Raylan was so excited about the Monster Eyes that he had to help me put them on. The cupcakes were a hit with the kids.

Well that's a wrap for my week. Have a safe and blessed weekend. Happy Halloween!
