Hello everyone! Welcome to the weekly High Five For Friday linkup hosted by Tif @ Bright On A Budget, Katie @ Cup of Tea, Becky @ BYBMG and myself. We're glad you're here!
I hope you all have had a great week. This week has been hectic and I am exhausted but there is still so much to be thankful for. We are blessed! Here are my favorites from this week...
1) Saturday, my little family and I went to Airport Days. It is such a fun event that takes place every year in our county. Raylan especially loved it this year! There is plenty to do for everyone. You can read all about it here.
2) Raylan and I didn't actually get to watch the eclipse and that was kind of a bummer. Every place that we stopped was sold out of solar glasses. I guess we should have gotten them way ahead of time. We did watch it on Tv and watched it get darker outside. I also helped him paint an eclipse rock and dated it, so we still have a fun-filled day and made plenty of memories of the event. Excuse the messy writing on the rock, I did write it better on the back.
3) The weather has been wonderful this week. It is starting to feel just like Fall and this girl loves it. Fall will always be my favorite. Raylan and I have been looking up Fall decor and Halloween ideas. We are so excited for the holidays.
4) My book for this week is The Soul Mate by Kendall Ryan. It's a great read! What are you currently reading?
5) Raylan is finally starting to get the hang of riding a bike, or at least I hope. He has had a bike for over a year and couldn't catch on. He just couldn't pedal it. He has been trying really hard this week. So, I'm hoping he sticks to it. I love this precious photo of Raylan and Justin out with the bike.
This week's featured blogger is Lindsey from Brushing our way through Life. Lindsey is a OMFS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) resident's wife and a mom of two boys. She is also a fashion and lifestyle blogger. I loved hearing all about her travels to Rockport, Ma in one of her recent blog posts. Please stop by and say hello to Lindsey.
Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to linkup below. Have a blessed weekend!
