Everyone has a favorite season and Fall is mine. I love the vibrant and beautiful colors that autumn displays. I also love the cool crisp air and all of the delicious foods that come along with the season. Every year I make a Bucket List and quickly begin to check things off. This year, I want to share with you 11 of my Favorite Fall Traditions.
1) Going for a drive or a walk to see the Fall Foliage- This one is my absolute favorite! I have such fond childhood memories of my family driving everywhere to see God's beautiful coloring book on display.
2) Baking- I love making Pumpkin rolls, Pumpkin Pie, Apple Cakes, Apple pies and Gingerbread
3) Attending Fall Festivals
4) Sitting by the Fire Pit- It's just so cozy
5) Going to a Pumpkin Patch- Our personal Favorite is the White Oak Pumpkin Patch in West Liberty, Ky
6) Take Family Photos- Since Fall is my favorite, I prefer to take our annual Family Photo in the Fall. It is perfect timing for Christmas Card Photos.
7) Church Dinners- Our church has our annual homecoming dinner every October and sometimes hosts a Thanksgiving Dinner.
8) Pumpkin House- We love going to the Pumpkin House in Kenova, West Virginia. It has over 3,000 hand-carved pumpkins all lit up and on display for everyone to view. It is such a beautiful sight. Thousands of people travel just to visit this spectacular house.
9) Decorating for Fall
10) Jumping in a pile of leaves
11) Treating myself to a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
I would love to hear from you. What are your absolute favorite Fall Traditions?
