Welcome to the weekly High Five For Friday linkup hosted by Tif @ Bright On A Budget, Katie @ Cup of Tea, Becky @ BYBMG and myself. We're glad you're here! High Five for Friday is where we come together to share five highlights or five favorite things from the past week each Friday.
1) Last Friday, Raylan and I took my mother-in-law Christmas shopping. We finally made a small dent in our Shopping. I enjoy Christmas shopping but it is so exhausting. The best part of the day was enjoying Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt with Raylan.
2) Saturday, I cheered on Justin as he raced in the Racing for Kids event. It was such a good little event for such a good cause. They raised over $3700 for needy Children for Christmas. Hopefully some local children can have a wonderful Christmas. Justin also got second place. So, it was an all around good day.
3) Raylan just loved how the school is already decorated for Christmas when he went for his weekly speech session. He's just like me and loves the holidays. We are both so excited for Christmas. Of course, I had to get a photo of him by the adorable scenery.
4) I was so surprised to get to see one of my best friends since Middle-School this week. He's in the army so we never get to see each other. This makes the second time that I have seen him in the last 10 years, so I was ecstatic when I saw him. I sure do miss all of my friends from school but Life happens.
5) I've been planning for Black Friday Shopping with Tif from Bright on a Budget. She's always my Black Friday Partner in Crime. I've seen several things I'd like to snag at Wal-mart and of course I always have to stop in Bath and Body Works. Are you going? What deals are you going for?

This week's featured blogger is Sarah from Meet the Shaneyfelts. Sarah is a Christian, wife and a 7th grade English teacher. She blogs a little about everything from beauty, cleaning, fashion, reading, recipes and so much more. I'm loving her recent post of Christmas Gift Guide for Ladies under $30. She has a great blog. Please stop by and say hello to Sarah!
Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to linkup below. Have a blessed weekend and a Happy Thanksgiving!
