Welcome to the weekly High Five For Friday link-up hosted by Tif @ Bright On A Budget, Katie @ Cup of Tea, Becky @ BYBMG and myself. We're glad you're here! High Five for Friday is where we come together to share five highlights or five favorite things from the past week each Friday.
1) On Saturday, Raylan raced his very first Power Wheels race at one of Justin's racing events. He had a blast and so did we watching him. All of the kids who participated won a shirt, bracelet, stickers, hot wheels and a treat bag. I love it when events involve the children and let them have fun.
2) Raylan and I have been on Fall break this week and it has been a much needed break. We've slept in and have had tons of fun this week. I've enjoyed having him home with me and I dread it when he goes back to school Monday.
3) We have such beautiful weather this week so my little family has made the best of it. We have been outside every day. We have went on walks, rode the power wheels, sat by a camp fire, roasted marshmallows and went to the park. It has been a great week!
4) Raylan picked his Halloween costume out this week. He has decided to be a Vampire for Trick or Treat. My child seriously loves Halloween. He is so excited for it!
5) I'm also so every excited that it is now October. I can't wait for Pumpkin Patches, Haunted Houses, Hocus Pocus and Trick or Treat this month. Let's also not leave out the beautiful scenery and cooler weather. October is by far my favorite month!
