Hello Friends! I can't believe it is already November, can you? I'm getting so excited for the upcoming Holidays! My favorite months are October through December. This truly is the best time of the year! Today I'm linking up with my friends from The Blended Blog to bring you this month's edition of TBB Asks. It's all about Giving Thanks and I think we can all agree that we have a lot to be thankful for. We should always be thankful, not just during the holidays. Let's get right to it...
1) Have you ever kept a gratitude journal? No, but I certainly need to. I have a lot to be thankful for and this would be a great reminder to always give thanks to God for my many blessings. However, I have kept a prayer journal before.
2) Hosting Thanksgiving at your house? I would love to but our home is too small to fit everyone from my family and Justin's family. So, we have dinner at my dad's house then go to Justin's parents house.
3) Favorite Food from the Thanksgiving Meal? Dressing/Stuffing and Dinner Rolls. However, I love it all! Turkey, ham and everything lol.
4) What is one thing in Nature you are most grateful for? Beautiful, cool Fall Days. Fall is my favorite time of the year. I love the beautiful colors and the temperatures are just perfect.
5) Pumpkin Pie: Yes or No? Yes, I love anything Pumpkin!
6) Traditional Cookbook: Yes or No? Yes, my mother's cookbooks are my most treasured possessions. I love her recipes and all of the memories I have of us cooking together.
7) Oven Baked or Deep-Fried Turkey? I've never tried Deep-Fried turkey so it's oven baked for me.
8) Thanksgiving Leftovers: Yes or No? Yes, of course!
9) What is one household product you are most Thankful for? Paper Plates, plastic utensils and anything else that I can throw away so that I don't have to do as many dishes.
10) Are you most grateful for home cooked meals or restaurant meals? Home cooked meals. There is nothing better than sharing a good home cooked meal with your family and friends.
Thanks for reading! Please join in on the fun. I would love to hear your answers! Remember, let's give thanks always not just during the holidays.
