Can you believe that it's already almost Valentine's Day? It will be here next week and that means it's time to decide what you are getting your sweetheart. I always get my sweetie a little something that he can use, a card and something sweet to eat. Usually I get him chocolates or bake him something. I recently made him these Sweetheart Blondies and he was majorly impressed with them. He said it was his favorite dessert to date that I have made. You may want to surprise your sweetheart with these too.

Method:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2) In a large bowl,  hand mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of sprinkles. Mix well.

3) Spread the mixture evenly into the pan and bake for 15-16 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and center is set. Do not over bake!

4) Once out of the oven, add the remaining tbsp of sprinkles on top of baked Blondies. 

5) Allow to cool completely and cut into even squares.

These were amazing! I was really impressed with them and so was my husband. I love creating a recipe that is simple and takes little to no time at all to fix, especially when it's delicious.
