Air Fryer Chicken Quesadillas - Della Devoted

Air Fryer Chicken Quesadillas

Recently, my dad bought me an air fryer and I must say that I am in love. I never realized how convenient those things can be. Dinner can be done in just a blink. It's perfect for anytime, especially for busy week nights. I have been creating recipes and one of my favorites are these super easy and delicious Chicken Quesadillas.

Ingredients:
1 package of Soft Tortilla Shells
Shredded or 1 Can of Chicken (I used canned because it's less time consuming)
Half package of Stir Fry Pepper and Onion Blend
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1st: Add approximately 1 tbsp of Shredded Chicken onto Tortilla Shell
2nd: Add approximately 1 tbsp of Stir Fry Pepper and Onion Blend

3rd: Last, add about 1 tbsp of Cheddar Cheese on top of all other ingredients.

You don't have to add that much ingredients. However, I have found that using a tablespoon of each ingredient makes for the perfect quesadilla.

Fold soft tortilla shells over and put them into air fryer. I usually make two at a time.

Set Air Fryer to 370 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes. I stop halfway through and flip them over. Watch for browning in between the 20-25 minutes. I actually prefer to let mine cook for 20-21 minutes. It depends on the air fryer and your preference of brown and crispiness.

This is the level of brown and crispiness that my family and I prefer. This was on about 20-21 minutes.

Such a quick, yummy and flavorful recipe. It's perfect for lunch or dinner. You can also add taco sauce or salsa to spice it up and give it even more flavor. I have made this recipe at least once a week in the last month. It's a big hit with my family. I'm sure you and your family will enjoy this recipe too.
